They fixed one of the issues, but said they couldn't fix the other because they didn't think it was covered by my home warranty plan. And then they left the main breaker panel wide open and didn't put the cover back on and left and lost one of the 4 bolts.

Tony was a great guy. He evaluated the situation with the furnace, was upfront with me and is doing what he can. If we get a new furnace from Xcel I'd like him to be the one to install it. It was overall as good as an experience as it could be.
